Shopping Cart Price Rule Recipes — Fixed Amount Off Promos
To set up Fixed-Amount-Off promotions, go to ADMIN: Promotions→Shopping Cart Price Rules. Set the information in the “Rule Information” tab as desired. All of these Fixed-Amount-Off promotions can be set up with and without coupon codes.
Fixed amount promotions are identical to percent-off promos, on the “Action” tab, just change the “Apply” dropdown to “Fixed amount discount.” As always, be sure to test your promotion before making it live.
Buy 1, Get 1
Buy 1, Get 1 (BOGO) promos work a little differently than other Buy X, Get Y promos. This example shows buy 1, get 1 for a single SKU.
Conditions: None.
